On receipt of your email/order you will receive a confirmation email giving details of the work and dispatch time, details of dispatch will follow later.
Prices shown on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and are the only currency accepted.
Product dimensions are given for the unframed work and the frame/mount where supplied. Where only the product dimensions are given the work is unframed and or without a mount.
The terms that apply to you are as published on this site on the day of your order, and may be subject to change at a later date.
The supplier reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You must supply accurate and up to date information about yourself to enable us to deliver your goods.

Please supply accurate up to-date information, name/business and full address including your post code and a contact phone number, to enable the carrier to complete the delivery.
The full price of your goods must be received before we can dispatch it.
We will email you upon dispatch. All items will be despatched as sign for and require a signature.
Delivery costs are inclusive of the price for UK delivery only. Please contact us for international shipping costs. Please note international customers will be responsible for all associated costs including shipping, export packaging, customs and duties. The customer will be fully responsible for all costs to and from the UK in the case of refusal at customs or point of delivery.

We trust you are delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order and must be returned as signed for and insured to the value of the item.
If the goods are not returned in good condition you are liable to us for the full cost.
Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
To protect all parties from fraud refunds will be made via the same method which you used for payment. Refunds will be made in line with the above within 30 days of receipt of the returned work.
